Cardiff Agora Caerdydd

Cardiff Agora Caerdydd is a collaborative process aimed at thinking and acting differently about the Cardiff city-region. The first event in the process will take place on the 28th of November 2014 in a Cardiff. It will focus on the question: “How might we design an open process for city and region wide transformation?”

11:00 – 13:00     Divergence activities – Exploring and generating options

13:00 – 14:00     Lunch

14:00 – 16:00     Convergence activities – Refining options to testable prototypes

16:00 – 16:30     Concluding comments

This event will bring together 25-40 committed entrepreneurs, scholars, designers, developers and public service employees to collaborate in a workshop in order to satisfy 3 main objectives:

  • Frame important problems/questions for Cardiff and the process to identify them.
  • Clearly define the wider community available to apply their skill sets to this.
  • Design an engagement framework for future events in the process.
