The seminar will present specific solutions at city level for fostering social entrepreneurship for growth and youth
unemployment by relying on different approaches (incubators, accelerators, social labs) and financial instruments (EU, public
and private). Three cities, Milan, Rotterdam and Turin, provide examples of diversity in possible approaches and issues
tackled, depending on contextual factors. The seminar will start with a keynote introduction on the theme, after which good
practices in cities will be presented and discussed.
This workshop is followed by a networking session.
Target audience:
– EU, national, regional and local policy/decision makers
