Integrated end of life care: the role of social services

Brilliant piece about Saiatu written by Roberto Nuño (Oberri). Why this project has not been implemented yet when all evidence demonstrate that could be a total game changer? My guess is that talking about the need of new innovative approaches to health and social care is cheap, making it happen requires a very rare leadership within the public sector.
